Substitutions & Cancellations

There is a special Cancellation period for those registering between 9/16/19 and 11/30/19 - cancel by 12/1/19 and receive a full refund. Thereafter, registrations cancelled between 12/2/19 and February 17, 2020, will receive a full refund (minus 10% for processing). Cancellations received from February 18, 2020-March 12, 2020 will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations six days prior to and/or during the Conference (including no-shows) will not receive a refund. Substitutions, however, may be made at any time. If, when you register,  you request that we bill you, your payment must be postmarked no later than the deadline indicated on your invoice to recieve the discounted registration rate.
