There are numerous opportunities for networking during our networking breaks, lunches and the Thursday night Registrants’ Reception.

Registrants will be able to choose in advance whether they want the hard copy of the proceedings manual or the flash drive or both. If you choose both, there is an additional $25 charge. Attendees will also be able to download the outlines from the conference website ( starting a few days before the conference) if they prefer. You can also purchase the materials if you cannot attend. The dress code tends to be business casual for registrants. Always layer as the temperature can vary from room to room.

We are very generous with our food offerings. You can expect a continental breakfast with a protein, a 3-course plated lunch, a substantial Thursday night reception with open bar and refreshments during the breaks. We can accommodate special food requests, but please wait to tell us until we send out our logistics e-mail in early March.

Attendees can bring a guest to the reception and lunches if we have room but will need to pay for each meal they choose to attend. See Rebecca Johnston at check-in to determine the cost, to confirm that we have an extra seat and to receive a guest badge.

Yes, Conference attendees who are seeking continuing education and are unable to afford the registration fee due to financial hardship may request a discounted registration fee. The request must be presented for a reduced fee before registering for the conference, and state why the normal fee associated with the program causes the attendee financial hardship. The petition must be signed and dated by the attendee. Washington Nonprofit Tax conference’s program director may reduce the registration fee for the conference at their discretion. Please note that most of our attendees are from nonprofits so suggesting that a discount should be granted due to nonprofit status is not considered a hardship.
